Display additional columns on the Participants page

A popular customer request, you can now choose which columns you want to hide or display on the Participants page so they can customize your Participant view. To update these, you will click the “Manage Columns” button to see the columns available to display. This selection will be saved while you are working and refresh back to it's original state when you close your session.
