We know how important it is for organizations to collect payments on time—and how time-consuming it can be to follow up on overdue invoices. That’s why we’re introducing automated overdue invoice reminders to help you stay on top of outstanding balances with less manual effort.

In the coming weeks, TeamSnap will start automatically sending payment reminders to any members with an overdue invoice. These reminders are designed to reduce missed payments caused by expired cards or simple oversights, helping organizations maintain healthy cash flow and ensure program fees are collected.

Here’s how it works:

  • Reminders will be sent at 1, 7, 14, 30, 45, and 60 days past due

  • Applies to all overdue invoices, including both existing and future ones

  • Fully automated—no action needed from admins

This update makes it easier than ever to manage your finances and ensures your organization spends less time chasing payments and more time focusing on your programs.
