We’re excited to announce a major upgrade to TeamSnap for Business Registration — including fully customizable payment plans and a series of powerful enhancements that give your organization more control, flexibility, and confidence throughout the entire registration process.

New: Fully Customizable Payment Plans
Collecting fees is essential, but flexibility is the key to making it work for everyone. With this update, you can now fully customize your payment plans during registration to match your cash flow needs and support the financial realities of your families.
Two New Schedule Types:
Dynamic Schedule: Automatically builds a payment schedule based on when a family registers. Set deposit type, number of installments, and timing — TeamSnap handles the rest.
Custom Schedule: Manually configure the full plan — exact dates, deposit rules, installment amounts, and timing — with total control.
Deposit & Installment Flexibility:
Choose deposit type (flat amount, percentage, or first installment)
Apply deposits per registrant or once per family cart
Set intervals, adjust amounts, and tweak timing with ease

Add or reduce balances post-registration

New: Post-Registration Edits & Dynamic Fee Recalculations
You asked, we delivered! Admins can now update registration details and selections after submission — without requiring families to re-register.
