Registration Now Fully Integrated with Hockey Canada Registry (HCR)

We're excited to share that TeamSnap Registration is now fully integrated with the Hockey Canada Registry (HCR) in time for the next hockey season registration period. The new integration is designed to ensure you are collecting the data and acknowledgements you need, and syncs them directly with the HCR.

Specifically, the integration includes:

• Toggle to enable the full integration by registration form to ensure you're collecting the data and acknowledgements when you need them, and they are hidden when you don't.

• Required Hockey Canada questions and waivers are side by side with the data, payment info, and waivers you need to collect for a streamlined sign up process for your members and families.

• Hockey Canada member registration number validation to ensure Hockey Canada registration is active and valid.

• Waivers from Hockey Canada are automatically updated to the most recent version to ensure you're collecting the most recent versions regardless of when you set up your registration.

• Support for past, current, and upcoming Hockey Canada seasons.

• Fully optimized for parents to register on their phones.
