We’re excited to roll out powerful new updates to the Order Detail & Payment Plan features in TeamSnap for Business. These enhancements give you more flexibility and control over your registrants’ payment plans—saving you time and simplifying the admin work.
Adjust Orders with Ease
From the Order Detail page, you can now select “Adjust Order” to:
• Add or reduce the balance owed on an account
• Update an existing payment plan schedule to reflect those changes
As you adjust the order balance, the payment schedule dynamically updates—keeping everything aligned and accurate.
Smarter Payment Schedule Management
Want to tweak the payment plan without changing the order balance? No problem!
• Easily add or remove upcoming payments
• Customize due dates and amounts to better suit your needs or your families’ preferences
