[RELEASED] Additional Signature Options for Digital Agreements
We’re excited to share that we’ve added additional signature options to our digital agreements in registration on TeamSnap for Business. This release is based directly on feedback and requests from organizations who wanted additional ways to gain acknowledgement and acceptance from registrants.
Now, when you’re adding a new digital agreement, you can select from one of three signature options:
New signature options:
One Click Accept - will simply ask the registrant to check the box that they agree to the agreement.
Registrant Initials - will require the registrant to add their initials to the text box before submitting. TeamSnap registration system will check that the initials are correct based on the registrants name, and if confirmed, the agreement is accepted.
Registrant Full Name - will require the registrant to add their first and last name to the text box before submitting. Similar to using registrant initials, full name will also check the name that was input against the registrants name. The registrant can only continue forward if the full name signature is a match.
