[Released] Improved formatting for emails in TeamSnap for Business

Sending out update communications is one of the most common activities undertaken by administrators using TeamSnap. We’re excited to share some recently released updates to email templates to make your next email message look even better.

• First, we’ve enhanced the responsiveness and formatting for messages when viewed across the most common email clients. This means, that your email messages will be easy to read no matter the device or email system that is being used to view it.

• Next, we improved the way that we display your organization’s logo and name on emails. Within each season, you can upload a logo that is used to customize the look of emails sent out from TeamSnap for Business. This is a great way to feature different sports or programs in your communications. We’ve also prominently added your organization’s name to the top of your communications. By reformatting our email templates, no doubt your communications will stand out even more.
