[RELEASED] Verify USA Hockey Memberships in Registration

We're excited to share that you can now validate USA Hockey memberships in your registration on TeamSnap for Business. With this new integration, registrants will enter in their USA Hockey membership number and we'll quickly validate it against the USA Hockey membership database to ensure that the player has an active membership for your upcoming season. Some key features:

  • When you create your next registration for your hockey program, you'll be able to enable USA Hockey verification. If your program doesn't require it, you'll be able to disable it. Note, the option will be available if your program is set up for "Ice Hockey".

  • You'll be able to select the USA Hockey season you need to validate for. This is especially helpful in the spring/summer when registering for next season while the existing season is still active.

  • USA Hockey membership numbers are stored in TeamSnap for Business so you can access them in registration reporting in case you need to include them in an export.

  • The USA Hockey membership verification is now active on all versions of TeamSnap registration.
